How much does a loft conversion or extension cost?

It depends on size, structure and specification, so we don't quote blind. After a free site visit we prepare an itemised cost plan showing exactly where the money goes, prepared by a chartered quantity surveyor.

How long does a typical project take?

A straightforward loft conversion usually runs around 8 to 12 weeks on site, a rear extension a similar span, and a full house renovation considerably longer. You get a written programme before we start so you can plan around it.

Do you handle planning permission and building control?

Yes. We advise on whether your project falls under permitted development, coordinate drawings and applications, and deal with building control inspections through to sign-off. We know the local conservation area rules well.

Are you insured, and do you offer a guarantee?

We carry full public liability and contract works insurance, and every project runs with a defects period after completion. You also receive O&M information, test certificates and warranties for the installed works.
