Extensive refurbishment of an existing Grade II listed building. Special festures included installation of a new staircase from 3rd floor to basement. Heavy structural alterations with temporary works. Preservation and conservation of timber panelling. Renewal of roof including 6 new glazed roof lights. New mechanical and electrical services throughout the building. Decoration and cleaning of the external façade.
