Total refurbishment of 3 bedroom apartment and refit, including new fire rated glazed partitions, stone floors, joinery, kitchen and mechanical and electrical fit out works.

High-end luxury fit out of 4 bedroom 5 bathroom apartment for private client. New partitions, bleached oak floors, eucalyptus veneer joinery and all mechanical and electrical works.

Bedford Row Project
Extensive refurbishment of an existing Grade II listed building. Special festures included installation of a new staircase from 3rd floor to basement. Heavy structural alterations with temporary works. Preservation and conservation of timber panelling. Renewal of roof including 6 new glazed roof lights. New mechanical and electrical services throughout the building. Decoration and cleaning of the external façade.
Golden Square Project
Historic building conversion into modern commercial space while preserving Georgian facade and architectural details.

Phase I of infill of city walkway and creation of new glazed portal

Queens Ice and Bowl Project
Complete renovation of iconic ice skating rink and bowling alley, upgrading facilities while preserving the venue's character.

Studio facility expansion and modernization including sound stages, post-production facilities, and visitor experience areas.
St John's Park Leisure Project
A private leisure and wellness project in St John's Park. Heath Projects excavated and reconfigured an existing garage and gym building to create a spa-quality retreat, complete with a gym, treatment area and relaxation space. The build features handcrafted Venetian plaster, natural oak flooring, exposed timber beams and a distinctive zinc roof, with expansive steel-framed glazing opening onto limestone-paved gardens. A calm, hotel-standard leisure environment delivered end-to-end.

Relocation of Albea to new premises to allow their existing site to be sold for development. Work included fit out of office and warehouse accommodation including new mechanical and electrical systems, storage racking, locker rooms, toilet areas
