Sacville Row Project

After building was stripped back to structure extensive alterations and structural works were carried out with four floors of Grade A offices and six high quality apartments to the upper levels. Works included external cleaning and repairs, new services throughout including air conditioning, lighting and new lifts. Creation of high quality reception for both residential and office occupants.
