St John's Park Leisure Project

A private leisure and wellness project in St John's Park. Heath Projects excavated and reconfigured an existing garage and gym building to create a spa-quality retreat, complete with a gym, treatment area and relaxation space. The build features handcrafted Venetian plaster, natural oak flooring, exposed timber beams and a distinctive zinc roof, with expansive steel-framed glazing opening onto limestone-paved gardens. A calm, hotel-standard leisure environment delivered end-to-end.
