Upper Richmond Road Project

Strip out and refurbishment of 2 properties for the conversion into 2, 5 bedroom/bathroom houses. Work consisted of removal of asbestos materials, excavation of a new basement in both properties and upgrading of the structure. New conservatories to both houses and one double storey extension to the rear of one of the houses. Full strip out of M&E, replacement of windows and doors and landscaping of front and rear gardens
