Waterloo Road Project

Complete strip out and refurbishment of 103-105 Waterloo Road and 107 Waterloo Road in phases; works comprised knocking openings between adjacent buildings and adjusting levels and refitting each floor to create new serviced office accommodation including new lighting and power, AC. Internal fit out to create defined office areas, glazed partitions, exposed painted soffits, new tea point areas and meeting rooms.
