Bedford Row Project
Extensive refurbishment of an existing Grade II listed building. Special festures included installation of a new staircase from 3rd floor to basement. Heavy structural alterations with temporary works. Preservation and conservation of timber panelling. Renewal of roof including 6 new glazed roof lights. New mechanical and electrical services throughout the building. Decoration and cleaning of the external façade.
Golden Square Project
Historic building conversion into modern commercial space while preserving Georgian facade and architectural details.
